Its been a tough month pushing myself to get fit and eat healthy. Being a terrible eater doesn’t apply only to people who eat junk food regularly, it also applies to those who don’t eat at the right time and often enough. I fell into the category of those who didn’t eat enough. I usually have my breakfast at lunch, skipping lunch and having dinner late. So my eating habit was all over the place.
I decided to start the beautiful fitness challenge to get fit and get rid of the baby weight i still had left. Over the past month I’ve been training on my stomach, leg/glutes and arms. Trust me it hasn’t been easy and I still have a long way to go to get to the measurements I’lld like to achieve. Im not so worried about my weight, as you all know my boobs weigh a tone lol, so not sure what i really weigh without them haha. I am going to continue the beautiful fitness challenge, this time focusing on my measurements.
If you would like to join me, measure your bust, waist, and hips, or which ever area you wish to work on. This time I will make the effort to film my workouts. So far I feel good and I’m happy with my results. When you feel good on the inside it boosts your confidence and makes you feel great on the outside too.
